The Chamber of Commerce welcomed the new and improved Wal-Mart Supercenter to the community with a ribbon cutting ceremony and more Wednesday morning. After five anxious years, Barstow residents will now have access to a full-size supercenter located at 301 Montara Road - adjacent to the previous Wal-Mart location.
