Police arrested two men and a woman linked to an armed robbery at the Outlets of Barstow in late July, according to county arrest logs. Travon Attison, 29, and Jeffrey Shawie McCutcheon, 25, both of Barstow, were put behind bars last week after their alleged involvement in an armed robbery at the outlets on July 28. A woman, Isis Cherelle Womble, 26, of Victorville, was initially arrested when the crime occurred, but Attison and McCutcheon remained at large for almost a month until they were found.
