Police arrested a man who fled from them in a reckless chase through city roads and a stretch of Interstate 15 early Sunday. Jessie Lewis, 29, of Barstow, was arrested following the incident, which occurred after Barstow Police Department officers responded to a reported domestic violence incident that morning.
