Guests at the Victor Valley Community Warming Shelter are now taking refuge in a large modular building, which was delivered just before Christmas. Before the building donation, the homeless had been sleeping in two military tents donated by the Marine Corps Logistics Base in Barstow at the compound located at the San Bernardino County Fairgrounds in Victorville.
