Police arrested a woman accused of ramming into a parked vehicle while under the influence late New Year's Day. Felicia Lynne Flenoy, 31, of Barstow, was arrested after Barstow Police Department officers responded to reports of a crash in the 600 block of E. Buena Vista Street at around 11:30 p.m. on Jan. 1. Police came across the crash after first responding to a disturbance in the 400 block of S. Second Avenue just after 11 p.m. that night, allegedly caused by Flenoy, who was reported to be intoxicated.
