After opening a store in Barstow nearly five years ago, a Dunkin' Donuts restaurant will be constructed on the corner of Bear Valley Road and Locust Avenue in Victorville. Curious commuters on Bear Valley Road Friday slowed when they observed the "Coming Soon Dunkin' Donuts Drive Thru" sign that was recently hung on green construction fencing that surrounded the property.
