Police put a 34-year-old local man behind bars after he was allegedly caught having oral sex with a 15-year-old girl late Sunday. Jerome Marcus Adams was arrested after Barstow Police Department officers allegedly found Adams and the girl together at Foglesong Park just before 9:30 p.m. Police said officers from BPD's Gang and Violence team were in the area near the park, in the 400 block of Avenue G, when they noticed a "suspicious vehicle" in the parking lot.
