Three candidates pulled papers and have qualified for the upcoming Barstow Community College Board of Trustees election on Nov. 6. Two seats are up for grabs, those of incumbents Tim Heiden and Philip Harris. Work: United States Marine Corps veteran, retired sergeant with the Barstow Police Department, Executive Director Barstow Police Activities League , Criminal Justice 1&2 instructor Barstow High School.
