In hopes of educating local families on water conservation and desert landscaping, Barstow Community College will host its inaugural Water-Wise Festival on Saturday. Suitable for all ages, this free, family-friendly event will begin at 10 a.m. and will include live entertainment, games, face painting, community vendor booths, giveaways, raffles, and much more.
