The search to replace James Ramos as 3rd District county supervisor officially launches Wednesday, with interested parties invited to apply through Dec. 3. The San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors met Tuesday morning to determine the process for filling the seat of Ramos, who was elected to the state Assembly. Requirements for Supervisor hopefuls are that they must reside within the 3rd district, have been registered to vote there for at least 30 days and not be a felon.
