BARSTOW In a tight-knit senior apartment complex made up of Section 8 housing on the corner of Seventh Avenue and East Williams Street a group of residents are calling for improved security and greater involvement from the Barstow Police Department regarding what they say are rising petty thefts and suspicious behavior.
