"Alcohol is suspected to be a factor," CHP Sgt. Henry Medina said of the 2:18 a.m. wreck Monday, April 27, along Interstate 15 about 15 miles southwest of Baker. A black 2007 Toyota Camry driven by a 27-year-old Los Angeles man was traveling south when it crossed the center median and crashed head-on in the northbound lanes with a white 2013 Dodge Avenger driven by a 32-year-old Las Vegas woman, Medina said. Dead are 7-year-old Jayden Marroquin and 26-year-olds Wilmer Bernal and Jenty Diaz, said San Bernardino County coroner's officials.
