Domenic Delano Silva, 21, was arrested Tuesday at a Colton apartment in the 2000 block of West San Bernardino Avenue on suspicion of murder. Silva is accused of fatally shooting of Emmit Burns, 19, on March 2, said Lt. Paramedics drove Burns to Barstow Community Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. Silva was named as a suspect in the fatal shooting and on April 3, the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office filed charges against Silva and issued a warrant for his arrest, according to Barstow Police officials.
