A sheriff's deputy found 20 pounds of marijuana while conducting a routine traffic stop Wednesday in Hinkley. The deputy approached the sedan, saw it was missing a rear license plate and conducted a traffic stop, according to a news release from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department. The driver of the sedan, 29-year-old Francisco Lopez Paz, of Macfarland, was driving without a license. Paz was arrested on suspicion of transportation of marijuana and was booked at the Barstow Jail.
