Oktoberfest has arrived at Lake Tahoe. Fall celebrations of German culture, food and beer kick off with the Kiwanis Club of Tahoe Sierra's 13th annual Septoberfest at MontBleu Resort Casino & Spa Thursday, Sept. The event raises funds for the Kiwanis Club of Tahoe Sierra, which is dedicated to helping children in the community. Following Thursday's event Squaw Valley will celebrate Oktoberfest Sept.
