The motto "America Runs on Dunkin" is now in full force locally after the popular doughnut shop made its recent introduction to the Victor Valley. Dunkin' Donuts "jumped the gun" by opening its shop on Bear Valley Road in Victorville four days before its official soft opening on Monday, a company official said.
